Frank McChebe was born in 1943, in Philadelphia, PA. He attended college at The University of the Arts, graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design. He went on to work as an Art Director at several notable ad agencies, including Leo Burnett Worldwide and BBDO. After completing the Lifetime Achievement Masters Degree, he joined The Pennsylvania State University's School of Communications as an Adjunct Professor.
